  • Each participant must register separately.
    • To register more than one attendee from your agency, complete this form for each person.  
  • If you have already submitted this form for an attendee and received any error messages, please contact the Kansas Governor's Grants Program at 785-291-3205 or email [email protected] before submitting again.
  • Print this completed page as an invoice if needed.
  • Items marked with an asterisks  (*) are required items. 
  • Please fill out each section carefully.

Option 2.  Children's Advocacy Centers of Kansas Preconference Only

  • Tuesday, March 31, 2020
  • Registration Includes:  Training, materials, & lunch

Option 3.  Crime Victims’ Rights Conference Only

  • Wednesday and Thursday, April 1 - 2, 2020
  • Registration Includes:  Two days of general sessions, two breakout sessions, two skills sessions, two continental breakfasts, and two lunches, including the Kansas Attorney General's Award luncheon

Option 4.  KCSDV Preconference & Crime Victims' Rights Conference

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, March 31 - April 2, 2020
  • Registration Includes: Training, materials, & lunch for the Preconference; two days of general sessions, two breakout sessions, two skills sessions, two continental breakfasts, and two lunches, including the Kansas Attorney General's Award luncheon

Option 5.  Children's Advocacy Centers of Kansas Preconference & 
                  Crime Victims' Rights Conference

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, March 31 - April 2, 2020
